The Fleur de Lys is an additional high level club (numbered 0) which is open to characters of SL18+, Ministers (including the CPS, but excluding the Directors) and characters of rank Brevet General and above. Fees are 50Cr and it is worth 10SP per month. Gambling minimum is 200Cr, there is no maximum and the gambling divisor is 600. Toadying to the Crown Prince happens here rather than at Bothwell's.

Regency is a club for members of the General Staff, which is anyone with the rank (Full) Brigadier or higher. The Lady's Slipper is unique in that it is the only club which provides female companionship. Members are not required to pay anything for FC, but they must of course visit the club at least one week in the month (gambling allowed but no guests or toadying when visiting for FC). A character may take advantage of the FC provided by the Lady's Slipper without being a member, though it costs 2*SL. The cost is twice that charged in one of the many bawdyhouses found throughout Paris, but there is no danger of being robbed. Although catering to a slightly higher class gentleman than the Frog & Peach, the dubious services offered result in the Lady's Slipper not being as well-respected. As with any club, if you belong to one club, such as the Lady's Slipper, you may not belong to another club.

Carousing is possible at a club (default no except at a party when it is default yes) and obligatory at the bawdyhouse. Each week of carousing gains you one extra SP.

You may gamble (up to nine times) at a club or bawdyhouse. To do so, you stake an amount of cash (less than the house limit) on the roll of two dice. First the house rolls a d6. You can then either cut your losses (and lose half your stake) or roll a d6 yourself. If you roll higher, you win back your stake*2, if you roll lower or the same you lose your stake. You gain 1SP for each bet you win, and lose 1SP for each bet you cut or lose. You also gain a number of SPs equal to the total amount you have staked divided by the house gambling divisor (rounded down).

e.g. you place two bets of 1000Cr at Bothwell's. House rolls a 6, you cut. House rolls a 3, you roll a 4. One win, one cut: gain 500Cr and 4SPs.

You may take your mistress with you to a club. She will always carouse.

If you go to a club in your own right, you may accept guests (under whatever conditions you like). You may charge them admission or pay them to come if you wish.

If you toady to someone, you should specify what admission fee you will pay if any. If you go to a party you should say whose party it is, not where it is.
